但，他仍然負責該日之前所有通聯卡相關事宜。

本會無全職通聯卡經理，對於您直接寄送之卡片，我們會盡快處理，請耐心等候。
台北市業餘無線電促進會對處理通聯卡之基本原則 :
1、如果您希望收到我們的卡片，請寄卡片給我們 (直接或經由交換局)。
2、直接寄送之卡片，如果附有回郵郵資及書明回覆地址的信封，我們也會直接寄送，否則，將經由交換局回覆。(一年一次)
3、我們不接受IRC，回郵郵資請附 2 green stamp。
4、直接寄送之卡片，如果未附郵資，將經由交換局回覆。(一年一次)
5、由交換局送達的卡片，將經由交換局回覆。(一年一次)
